I needed a bigger rucksack for wild camping. I spoke with the staff and was guided towards the Lowe Alpine Saracen Bergen. I received the item next day,in far better condition than expected for surplus. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what they do. Great, Great bit of kit. Exactly as described. Brand new, Never used product. Foxed me initially. Didn't spot the poles. They were tucked in a pocket in the main bag. You can't miss the pegs. Boy, they are industrial. Personally I'm going to change them to something a wee bit lighter. But for the tent. Crisp, clean single skin 2 man tent. Not rain tested it yet. But I'm sure it will be fine. Loads of room for one with kit, cosy for two.

From the initial point of registering on the website, up to the ordering of the trousers, and then their delivery afterwards, it has been an exremely easy and quick process to follow. The ordered Mil-Tec rrousers arrived very quickly and were very well packaged. Brilliant value. There is loads inside. We ordered Menu 10 and it was delish. Pack comes with spork matches and loads of extra snacks and stuff. Just pop the main meal sachets in boiling water for 8-10 minutes and get sporking. Comments are based on being a civvy leisure camper and not being forced to eat this day in day out, for months on end as part of my day job... 👍 😀

Item was sold as A+ condition and was in very good condition and looked & smelled new on outside, but inside was stained & a bit grubby. Exchange free of return charge offered, but I wanted to use it & couldn’t wait so agreed to take a part reimbursement which was done very quickly. I happy with the product and the service & think I paid a fair price
